By accessing or using this website, creating an account, joining the Experts network, or using related GCBR platforms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

GCBR provides information, community tools, expert networking, educational resources, and event-related content to advance business resilience — with particular focus on SMEs. Content is provided for general information and professional networking; it is not a substitute for tailored legal, financial, or regulated professional advice unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.

• You must provide accurate information when registering or submitting an expert profile.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Expert profiles and memberships may be reviewed, approved, rejected, suspended, or removed by GCBR administrators to protect network quality and users.
• Membership status and payment terms (where applicable) are managed through GCBR processes communicated to you separately.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Harass other members or misuse messaging and contact channels
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the site or connected platforms
• Use GCBR data or member details for spam or unsolicited commercial outreach outside mediated introductions

GCBR branding, site design, and original content are owned by GCBR or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for fair personal or informational use permitted by law. Content you submit (for example expert bios or insights) remains yours, but you grant GCBR a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and share it for network and mission purposes.

Links to the Paris Resilience Summit, SME tools, partners, or other external sites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms. GCBR is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by French and applicable EU law, GCBR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or network tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Courts with jurisdiction in France apply, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where relevant.
